We all know eating fruit and vegetables is essential for being healthy. Juicing is clearly the most efficient way to consume fruit & vegetables into our bodies.

There are three main reasons why:

1. You probably have a compromised intestine

Most of us have compromised intestines as a result of less than optimal food consumption over many years. This limits your body's ability to absorb all the nutrients from fruit & vegetables. 3. Nobody wants to eat that many salads.
