10 Steps in becoming part of the Revive Family

STEP 1. Submit Your Interest - Once you have registered your initial interest via the online interest form, your information will be processed by our franchising department for review. This process usually takes up to 48hours.

STEP 2. Application Form - Once your interest has been accepted, Revive will send you the master franchisee application form. The completed application is to be returned to Revive’s franchising department together with an application fee. The application fee is fully
refundable until the master franchisee license is signed and will contribute toward the final franchising fee's paid. To streamline the application process, Revive can provide a business plan template which assists the applicant in addressing the most critical aspects of preparing the master franchisee business plan and development program (DP).

STEP 3. 1st Meeting - Once Revive accepts your application and verifies the information you have supplied is correct and the financial checks have been completed and passed, a first meeting will be scheduled. The objective of the first meeting is to discuss your application, business plan and the venture in more detail. The meeting can take up to half a day and the location for the meeting would be held in Revive's headquarters in Surrey UK. At the end of this meeting further due diligence may be required on the business plan and DP before further progress can be made.

STEP 4. Approve Business Plan - Once the business plan & DP have been completed in full and match the specific business needs of the market (country) being entered they are to be re submitted to Revive. Revive will complete a final assessment of all aspects of the business plan & DP including: management summary, marketing, operations and supply chain, financial and market analysis.

STEP 5. Development Program (DP) - Once the final assessment of the business plan has been approved, Revive will agree the DP with the applicant. The DP will determine the rate at which the new store locations are to be rolled out in a set time period. The DP will be customised for each local market/country and its individual trading conditions. After the DP is agreed and finalized between Revive and the applicant, the preparation and other associated legal fee's will be payable by the new master franchisee.

STEP 6. Proposed Store Package - After the business plan and DP has been finalized, the master franchisee will have a proposed store location and leasing plan which will need to be submitted to Revive for approval. This submission will need to include: completed proforma provided by Revive, lease, heads of terms (HOT), location demographics, full CAD drawing, elevations and 3D full colour image of the proposed store.

STEP 7. Store & Location Approved - Once the Store package, store location and HOT submitted by the applicant is approved by Revive, the master franchisee license and associated legal documentation is prepared and signed. The master franchisee fee is payable by the applicant upon signing the legal documents. After the legal documentation has been completed, the training department and operations manager of the newly appointed master franchisee will commence a comprehensive 4 week training module.

STEP 8. Final Store Plans Approval - The CAD plans are approved in writing by all required authorities/landlords. Now the shop fit construction commences and an onsite shop fit completion schedule is given. The operational equipment, suppliers, staffing and other required configurations are ordered and scheduled. At this stage all final interviews for staffing are to be completed.

STEP 9. Training Commences - The training department and operations manager of the master franchisee will by this time have completed a comprehensive 4 week training module. This module will have covered the key aspects and know how in delivering training modules given to store managers, supervisors and team members. The assigned Revive franchising consultant will also assist the new master franchisee with delivering the training in line with company standards.

STEP 10. Store Trading - The first store is launched with a lead up and post PR campaign. Key guests are invited along with executives from Revive Juice Bars Ltd. The marketing plan is implemented and on-going training modules continue. The Revive franchising consultant will be available to assist the new master franchisee, particularly in the early stages of the development program.
