Who are we looking for?


Our master franchisees are corporations or individuals from a variety of backgrounds who have a proven track record in developing national businesses (preferably food retail) in their local marketplace or country.


This previous business experience of operating multi-site (chain) operations and or highly successful businesses will bring an established management team with a network of business contacts in the following areas: Leasing/real estate, shop fitting & design, wholesalers/suppliers, IT & communications, marketing, training & development and operations.


In addition to this existing infrastructure, master franchisees will have the financial capability to successfully meet agreed store roll out targets in line with the Revive Juice Bars franchise system.


What is the role of the master franchisee?


The master franchisee will be required to develop and integrate core infrastructure from their local marketplace with the Revive Juice Bars franchise system. This will include wholesalers/suppliers - marketing - training & development - operations - shop fitting & design - IT & communications - leasing/real estate.


How much is the master franchise fee?

The master franchise fee is based on the countries development plan and is discussed in detail with the preferred master franchise candidates.


What are the establishment costs per Revive Juice Bar?


The cost of opening a complete Revive Juice Bar outlet, can vary country to country depending on size and location. For example in the UK the cost of opening a outlet is between £50,000 & £150,000. Detailed costing’s will be done as part of your Development process.


How much does each Revive Juice Bar turnover per annum?


Business performance and turnover can vary depending on size and demographics of each individual country/territory. Once a master franchisee application has been accepted, the company historical figures are discussed with the successful prospect.


What are the on-going franchise fees?


The master franchise fee is calculated on set number of stores to be opened in an agreed timeline between Revive Juice Bars and the master franchisee. Where the amount of stores opened exceeds the agreed timeline, a fee will be paid per additional store. The master franchise fees can vary depending on the size and demographics of each individual country/territory.


What is the on-going royalty fee?


The on-going royalty fees are calculated on monthly gross turnover at a flat fee of 6% which includes a 1% marketing fee.


What is the on-going marketing fees?


We  recommend that 2% of monthly gross turnover for master franchise company owned stores is invested into local marketing and brand awareness activities.


Any sub franchises we recommend contribute 3% of gross monthly turnover. This contribution is payable to the master franchisee which will be invested in further local marketing and brand awareness activities


Can I recruit and train sub franchisees as the master franchisee?


Yes, in addition to the rollout of company owned stores in your country/territory, you will have the rights to recruit sub franchises. The master franchisee will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of any additional sub franchises.


Is there on-going royalty fee if I recruit sub franchises?


Yes, a royalty fee will be payable to the master franchise and the Revive Juice Bars franchising system.


How long does it take from signing the master franchise lease to opening the first store?


This varies depending on how efficient the master franchise is able to establish its own operational infrastructure. The securing of a lease in the right location can also determine how quickly the first stores(s) can be opened. As a general guide it is typically between 6-12 months before the first store is fully operational.

What training does Revive Juice Bars franchise system provide?


The training department and Franchise Director of the master franchisee will complete a comprehensive 4 week training module. This training module will be completed in both London UK covering and the masters home territory coveing all aspects of the Revive Juice Bar's trading store and mangement structure. Revive Juice Bars will assign franchising support personnel which will provide further onsite training and development in the master franchisee's respective country/territory. This training and support will continue throughout the duration of the relationship.


It the first year the franchising support personnel will make an additional two site visits to the master franchisee's respective country/territory monitoring progress of the agreed development program. Each master franchisee will have access to Revive franchising support personnel year round. Access will also be provided to Revive Juice Bars own wholesalers/suppliers - marketing - training & development - operations - shop fitting & design - IT & communications - leasing/real estate infrastructure.
