Chairman: Harbachan (Sodhi) Anand

brings over 25 years experience to the Revive board. ‘Sodhi’ started producing ready meals in 1987 as a partnership. The business employed over 1300 personnel supplying nearly all supermarkets in the UK. In 1998 the factory burnt down and the business was rebuilt in St Neots and recommenced trading as Marston Valley Foods Ltd. In just four years Marston’s went from a start-up company to a turnover exceeding £20million. On August 15th 2003 the company was acquired by WT Foods Group for an undisclosed sum.

Sodhi’s responsibilities for Revive are on a monthly basis as Chairman which includes strategic and advisory support and overseeing Revive's international role out targets.

Managing Director: Vishal Anand

has over 10 years experience in business management within the Food service sector. After graduating in 2000 from Kingston University with a BSC Honors in Computing and Statistics, Vishal commenced with Marston Valley Foods Ltd as a National Account Manager for the company's largest account, Sainsbury's. In 2002 Vishal was appointed as General Manager of Marston Valley Foods and was responsible for over 300 staff, reporting to the board of directors.

Vishal has also been the founder and Managing Director of several businesses such as wine bars and in recent years property development. Vishal's responsibilities for Revive are on a full time basis as Managing Director. This includes overseeing Administration, Finance, Business Directive and future equity investment.

Vishal's favourite Revive drink is the power smoothie made from Japanese green tea "Green Tease".

Financial Consultant: Raj Makar

is a Chartered Accountant since 1987, and brings over 20 years of financial experience to the Revive Team. In the past Raj has worked for large corporations but currently is the CEO of his own successful company ‘IPM Properties’.

With a vast array of experience in corporate finance, strategic advice, asset management and financial planning, Raj brings focus to Revive. Raj’s responsibilities for Revive are on a semi - monthly basis which includes financial analysis, advice and strategic planning.

Franchise Manager: Vikas Anand

graduated from the University of Surrey, with First Class Honours in Business Management. He also achieved the highest academic award from the University for his thesis on Franchising. Vikas then went straight into the world of IT sales by working for one of the UK’s Leading IT Solutions Company – Softcat.

With his passion and vision Vikas is a valued asset to the Revive Team and heads up Revive's Franchising division. Vikas's responsibilities for Revive are on a full time basis which includes: International & UK Franchising, Oversight of support given to current Franchisees across the world, Brand Development and Marketing.

HR Manager: Katrina Gayle

graduated with a BSc degree in 2003 in Information Systems and undertook a post graduate study of Human Resource Management at the London Metropolitan University. Katrina has previous management experience in the retail industry, working for companies such as Oddbins and Threshers. However, the majority of her experience comes from being a Senior HR Administrator for large UK based companies.

Katrina has the temperament and drive to run the HR side of Revive both smoothly and professionally. Katrina’s responsibilities for Revive are on a full time basis which include HR, recruitment, payroll and Health & Safety.

Accounts Manager: Vicky Richardson

Has AAT NVQ Accounting Qualifications. Vicky has previously worked for large corporations as part of their credit control team and before joining Revive, was the senior accounts assistant for a UK Car Rental Company.

As a highly enthusiastic and extremely hard working individual, Revive are glad to have Vicky as part of the family! Vicky’s responsibilities for Revive are on a full time basis which mainly includes management of the accounts department and financial planning.

Marketing & Graphic Designer : Antoney Calvert

Graduated with a BSc in Industrial Design, with the emphasis on concept generation, drawing and modeling. Previously Antoney has worked for award-winning agencies as a creative director, currently he is a freelance graphic designer. Antoney has produced work for clients such as EA Games, O2, Samsung and Chelsea Football Club.

With over 9 years of experience in branding and advertising, Antoney has been made responsible for refreshing the Revive brand, creating marketing/ promotional material and helping with website design. His responsibilities are on a part time basis and Antoney is Revive’s creative consultant for both domestic and foreign franchisees, ensuring the brand is kept consistent across the world

Accounts Assistant: Sandra Prandle

Has an array of qualifications including a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich, Financial Planning qualifications and a City & Guilds Book Keeping & Accounts qualification. In the past Sandra has been Branch Financial Adviser and Pension Review Manager for Abbey National and Barclays Bank.

Sandra is a highly motivated person and believes in hard work. Her responsibilities are on a part time basis which include dealings with the financial operations of the day to day business.
